We already had a list of acronyms and abbreviations (http://wiki.badgerandblade.com/index.php/Abbreviations) on the wiki but no glossary, until now. I made a page (http://wiki.badgerandblade.com/index.php/Glossary). It's a bit short at the moment, so if you have words of phrases that are missing, please add them. And if you think some definition could be improved, go ahead. The same goes for the abbreviations page of course.

And while on the topic of the wiki, a few members are starting to fill out what they have in their shave den (razors, brushes, soaps, creams, aftershaves, fragrances etc., as well as wish-lists and for sale/trade lists) on their wiki user pages. If you want to do that as well, it's really easy, just go to any page on the wiki, on the top you'll see a list of links saying:
YourUserName My talk Preferences My watchlist My contributions Log out

Click on your user name, and you can edit it as much as you want. There's a simplified wiki user guide (http://wiki.badgerandblade.com/index.php/Simplified_Wiki_User_Guide) up, and a really extended user guide (http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/MediaWiki_User's_Guide) as well. But to see how to do specific things you can also just click on Edit on a page which does what you want to do, and copy the "code" on that page.

Good luck!

And add things to the glossary page!

Outstanding idea and great start to the page. Let's see some additions from the rest of the members!

Great idea Björn ! It might also be a nice addition to link to the glossary page from the abbreviations page.

Double  on the shave den plug .

Of course if anybody has questions about the ShaveWiki or difficulties or problems with setting up a page, feel free to ask in a thread like this or through a pm.

Good call. I just made the snurdle entry yesterday but a glossary is a much better place for that kind of information.

it was the snurdle article that gave me the idea to make the glossary page, so thanks for making it!
