As many of you already know, we're constantly trying to improve our customer service (hiring another customer service rep soon!). So I was excited to get a call from STELLAService last week and to hear that we were rated "Excellent". STELLAService is a service that independently rates merchants on over 300 elements of the online customer experience. The great thing about this rating service is it can't be gamed and it's not influenced by revenue from merchants. I believe it is the only truly unbiased and independent ratings system today. That's good. I have only placed one order with WCS as of yet. I am just now learning how to shave "correctly". However, my order somehow got misplaced and when I called to check on it they informed me of a "glitch" in the system and assured me it would be shipped out soon. Hopefully it will arrive quickly as my face is very unhappy with my current routine. I see that most have had good experience with west coast and I look forward to my new shaving journey.
