Shaving with Arlington

I had the opportunity to enjoy a leisurely shave this morning, so I broke out a new tub of Arlington cream for the shave and splash for the AS - all I can say is WOW! I got a wonderfully close and comfortable shave, I'm sitting here 12 hours later still with no stubble, but the real charm is the fragrance; it's one of the cleanest smelling fragrances I've ever had the joy of experiencing. And the kick of menthol is great, too!

I bought an Arlington shave stick last Tuesday. I got it on Thursday and used it every day from Thursday to today. Each and every shave was outstanding, close and comfortable. The lather was outstanding and the scent was amazing. While it's early for me to declare this product as one of the best I own I will say that I will be considering this for an every day soap if this continues.

What I have found interesting is that it is not terribly slick as other soaps I own. However, a blade running through the lather has a lot of grip and really cuts my beard with incredible effectiveness. And with the same blade/razor combination I get a louder sound as if its helping the set up to work better. This could all be in my head but the results are not. This is one of the better purchases I have made.
