Suppose you were to attend a poorly adverstised and attended auction, or perhaps inherit an old wearhouse from a great-uncle, or maybe visit a flea market in some sleepy old town - and low and behold you come upon a never opened, totally sealed Saftey Razor that has never been touched by human hands or seen daylight since its creation.
What razor would you find?
I wouldn't mind stumbling upon one of those "Wilkinson Sword Stickys" (I think that's what they're called) Or maybe something from Gillette in the 1920s.
What would you want to find?

MMMMM. Ditto on the Sticky - Any of the English Aristocrat styles. Only One? That makes me sad!

Ditto on the Sticky. Wouldn't mind finding a Toggle or a 195 either.

I have to say, the Sticky is a great razor. Even if it weren't rare and valuable, there is just something cool about it. Very 1960's to me.

I like the sound of those dreams! Yes, the Sticky is really cool. It has a late 60s feel to me, or even a really early 70s feel to it. It belongs on full page British magazine ad next to a pack of Benson and Hedges and a snifter of Naploeon Brandy.
The Brittish Gillettes are awesome too. Who wouldn't want to stumble upon one of those?
By the way, does anyone have a link to any info about the Sticky?

I would like to find a decent condition toggle as that's the razor that my grandfather used. A sticky would be nice so I could trade it for a toggle.

A double ring 1903 Gillette with no serial # and Pat. Apply For stamped on it. To go with my 1904 & 1905s.

I'll keep it simple: it would be a 38C.
The better question would have been: If this were your dream, who would be the bombshell who would be handing you your dream razor?
I would like to find my Grandfather's(s) razor (s)
