View Full Version : Just picked up on a 1954 Z-3 Gillette Flare Handle

My brother, BluesBishop got me into DE's. Now I am on a mission to find great deal, and with a little elbow grease, hopefully will have some nice pieces soon.

I found a 1954 Z-3 Gillette Flare Handle that includes a 10 pack of blue blades and the box today for a ridiculous low price. Will post more pics once I receive it and clean it up.

Should be a great razor. Can't go wrong with a flare-tip SS.

Just picked up a Schick TTO with a date code of 11M5 that looks in near mint condition, will need to post pics of that as well.

Hey Bro......so you've caught RAD.....easy to do :) but a Schick??.....my memory is fuzzy on some stuff about Dad ( Heck...it's been 28 years since he died)...but didn't Dad have a Schick DE also???Any memory of what it looked like?? Send me the link to the auction.....and NICE score on the Flair tip....!!!

Thanks to you, I have RAD bad!!! I recall dad having a Schick, not his main DE, but he still had one. After reading some of the others members talk about the Korna I seen one I coud not pass up. I have another thread here (http://badgerandblade.com/vb/showthread.php/271309-Just-won-another-one-seems-to-be-a-1974-Schick-Korna-Razor), I also posed the pics on G+. What is the blade you got me, a '64 SS?
