A Holiday Hello

While not exactly new to wet shaving, I am new to this forum. Like many others, I started shaving with a Gillette DE razor in the 1960's. And, like many others I was seduced away by the speed and comfort of electric razors. I still use a Norelco daily. However, a couple of weeks ago I was shopping with some friends at the Somerset Mall in Troy, Michigan, and chanced by a shaving shop. While I did not purchase anything, it got me thinking about wet shaving again--and here I am. For the time being I am just going to bring myself up to date, and perhaps collect some of the items that I might need to get started. Badger and Blade has been a great resource already. Welcome to B&B Shave. I too learned to shave with a DE razor in the '60s but went on to an injector then cartridge. I've been wet shaving now for a couple of months and love it. Take the plunge soon, you won't regret it..
