Gentlemen,
As my DE technique gets progressively better, I am really enjoying and looking forward to shaving in the mornings. It used to be that I despised shaving, but put up with it because I had to. Weekends were my escape from shaving. Once I got past the horrible 6 am daily chore, my day only got better.
And that's where you guys come in. Thanks to all the great advice, gear recommendations, and technique suggestions, I am getting good at this (well, almost). Now, I really look forward to shaving every day. I'm getting BBS and DFS shaves daily, and the combination of soap, fragrance, creamy lather, and a damn fine EJ86 razor all combine to make this a near nirvana experience every morning.
So now, my day peaks at 6am with my morning ritual. That's it, that's the highlight of the day. There's no way anything that follows can top this awesome ritual. After 6am, my day is downhill. Thanks guys - it's all your fault :001_tt2:
But seriously though, thanks for turning this dreaded experience into an art form. Indeed, I never get a "perfect" shave, so each day is an aspiration to do just that much better.
