I won my first ever ebay auction ever. wanted to add faux framebacks to my collection. sorry for the fuzzy pics. Im up early. I got 4 razors a pretty mint barbers hone and 3 boxes. these will keep me busy for a long time. the razors in no order are a JR TORRY, George Wostenholm & son IXL patent hollow(dern near a wedge) G. Wosty faux frame back, klas Tornblom. dont plan on using the hone but its neat to have around. the one that could be a stunner is the swede. very mild spinewear and wont take much to clean up. the wostys will just get cleaned up and honed. any idea how old the Wostenholms are? never heard of a Tornblom. They shave well? thanks for lookin. keep an eye out for anything stupid I may ask in restoring these:001_smile

i have one with scales like that first one, but broken :( lemme know if you decide to change the scales out? :thumbup1:
I've got a Tornblom faux frameback, but has a crack in it that needs to be honed out, so I'm no help really, but I hear they're pretty nice shavers

Not sure on the age of the Wosty's but I think you'll like them once cleaned and honed. Love the Graceland album you have there, one of my all time favorites.

I was watching that same lot and decided to hone a razor while I waited for the auction to run down. The razor wasn't honing up like I wanted and I was getting angry and totally forgot about bidding! At least it went to a good home.

I don't know if it was your wording, or your original upside down pic, or my over-tired brain.....but for some reason I'm confused LOL
this is what I have, I think that means we both have the same side broken?

50/50? nah, it's gotta be a conspiracy! make them all break on the left so you have to buy a new razor, keeps the business running LOL
oh well, appreciate the offer and looking forward to seeing what you do with these
Kavik79,
I've got a set of scales exactly like that fully intact. I have them on a small french point right now, but if you're interested I wouldn't mind letting you have them. PM me your address if you want them.
