Last night was my first great shave! It was my 3rd wet shave ever used my g3 slim and vh soap and badger brush. I absolutely love the feeling Thanks to a great friend who got me into wet shaving it's no longer a task to shave

Welcome and congratulations. Being new to wet shaving myself I'm amazed at how it gets better each day for me. What started out as a whim with an idea towards saving money by not buying the expensive cartridges has turned into a grand experiment and what to some would be the strange concept of actually looking forward to that morning shave.

Thanks guys I'm glad to be here. I really like the vh soap but it's also the only one I have ever tried so.... I might not be the best judge. Thanks for the great welcome

Nice having you with us! VH is considered a so so to average soap. Also,it can't be beat for price and availability. You'll no doubt try a lot more over time but if you like the VH, all the better.

I started a few weeks ago with the vdh kit and liked the soap a lot. I bought tabac last week and love it even more! The brush is great though...for me at least!
