Just got my R89 after a 3.5 month wait, along with an Omega No. 48. I seem to remember having a very slight issue with the balance of this razor, but upon using it (to have an un-necessary shave!) I didn't feel it. Funny how things change over time. I really like the chrome too, after using only a forties superspeed for 18 months. It's so nice to have a shiny new DE, that DOESN'T make me think of the good old days. A Bostonian is almost certainly better-made than an R89, but I think the R89 is above the standard at which this is an issue. I am very interested to see how well this lasts. Unfortunately I'll probably have to wait at least a decade before it shows significant signs of wear. Sweet. :001_smile
