A man on reddit posted pictures of a satchel his friend obtained in WW2 from a less fortunate Japanese soldier.

Inside it was a feather razor and case, among other things.

I've never seen a feather this old and thought some of you might enjoy it, and of course, some of you might be able to identify it.

Wait a minute. A WW2 Japanese razor box would not have English words on it.

I suggest there are some shenanigans going on here!

I don't know about that, the razor blades they make for the Japanese market say Feather on them. Today anyways. The outside of the razor box does have Japanese writing.

That looks like it is a Japanese Feather made in the 1950 era.
