I am pretty sure it is a travel tech, but I have never seen a kit like this. Any insight?
What would be a good price to pay for it?
as you can see they are asking $20 and it looks like one piece is missing I assume nail clippers.

Alright cool! I'll have to see what I can do as it was at an antique mall.
Have you seen another kit like this one? It was very interesting, even had a small pocket knife.

Indeed a travel Tech with the tiny handle that is virtually impossible to shave with.
Nice kit though, and it looks like you could easily fit a standard three piece razor of your choosing into it.
The travel Techs in the little fold flap kits go for less than 10 bucks, but this looks like a much nicer kit (if you like travel kits) though we can't really see what shape the rest of the leather is in. - Is that some worm holes there at the bottom along the zipper?

Well unfortunately I'm into just about any razor I don't own yet (and all the ones I do of course) I do not recall as far as the condition of the leather I will have to check.
