Hello,
my daily driver is a razor I've identified as a Gillette Aristocrat #16, since it looks exactly like this one:

For some time I believed it to be a luxurious Aristocrat #66, and I felt on top of the world, and well... I'm now somewhat disappointed about having discovered it is a lesser cousin :laugh:
Anyway, I wonder, beside the 1948 date shown in the picture above, what are other known years of production?
Moreover, the razor came into a plain, unbranded and oxidized brass (?) case together with a blade holder. I think the case it's not original, and it lacks its lining too. Do you think these items are worth keeping?
