CO Bigelow Sold Out - Here's An Alternative Source

Hey all! I seen a post earlier today that mentioned CO Bigelow was sold out a few places, I even see it sold out on the Bath and Body Works website which is really weird.

For those that aren't aware, CO Bigelow is not a Bath and Body Works name brand. It's a very old brand from an apothecary shop in NYC.

You can buy it directly from the source at the same $10 price here - - http://www.bigelowchemists.com/men/shaving/bigelow-premium-shave-cream.html oh and note that you will need to change the size if you want the large tube. Don't make the mistake of thinking it's on sale or you will be disappointed when the smaller tubes arrive.

If they are ever sold out, then we can all run for the hills.

Very true Justin! So those who are desperate to need/want it, if you don't want or can't find CO Bigelow, then buy Proraso for the $1 more.

Proraso is on sale @ Garden Basket in Markham if anyone is in the GTA and wants to stockpile - $5.99 for the big tube

Nice deal indeed! I wouldn't mind having a tube of Proraso to compare to CO Bigelow just to have the confirmation from my face that it's the same stuff.

Same here, I won't say how many unopened tubes of CO Bigelow cream I have. Let's just say, I use it daily as my primary lather source and only test other soaps and creams when they interest me. I am starting to question why I don't get a corporate discount.

I heard that Bigelow is switching to a Canned Goo format and this time it will be a gel! Let the scare continue... To the person that speculated if Bigelow and Proraso are the same - they feel the same on the face and perform the same... does that count as being the same?

I can't imagine that to be very plausible. Where did you hear that? (as I jump in my car and speed away to buy a few cases of CO Bigelow cream).
