Could someone replace my scales for me?

I have a Dovo Best Quality SR and I'm satisfied with the blade but I want to make it a bit nicer by giving it some rosewood or cocobolo scales instead of the black plastic scales it came with. I don't have any of the tools necessary to replace the scales myself so I was wondering if someone would replace my scales for me if I sent them the scales and razor and paid for postage back to me. I live in Chicago so the closer the better. I wish I knew of a local place that would do it.

The only tools you need if you have the scales is a file, flush cutter, a drill and a hammer. If you are not making the scales these are all the tools you need.

If the peening worries you I can send you a mini screw, washers and nut...
