Hi Raphaël, a shop in the Netherlands, kappersbenodigdheden Alivio (http://www.kappersbenodigdheden-alivio.nl/Scheren.htm) still has Proraso Red, last time I checked.

The can can be easily found as it's still being produced. Only the tube has been discontinued.
