View Full Version : A Galactic Prophylactic for the Futur

I recently picked up a Futur in the B/S/T in matte finish, and quickly discovered a lack of tactile grip. I thought I would share a few pics of the simple solution I came up with.

I found a pen in the drawer that had a cushioning grip of my color choice, slid it off, snipped it to length, and slid it on. Nice grippy neck with no worries of twisting in my fingers! It now also hangs snugly in the razor stand with no worries of the finish getting scratched up.

On the pocket clip it says TEMPO 1.0. Nice unobtrusive match to the matte finish I felt.

I wonder if he primed the surface, it says to prime pourous or unfinished surfaces on the back of the grip tape.
