Bad Personna Reds???

I recently ordered a carton(200) of my beloved Red Personnas from Shaving.ie. They are the white plastic packs of 10 as opposed to the red cardboard packs of 5. I have shaved with these many times and know these blades well. And these are not up to snuff. They seem to have the same sharpness but lack the smoothness I have come to expect from these. Could they have changed something? Is this a defective batch? I am very dissapointed with these for the first time.

I do not care for them because they are inconsistent.

I use the Personna Red as my main blade too and every now and then it seems a box of them are no good (I have the sleeves with 5 blades per box). I think it is just some kind of QC error? I get frustrated that I throw the odd box out, but the blades are cheap anyway.
