Greetings all!

I'm still thinning out my collection, since in the beginning I went kinda nuts and now I'm much more level headed :wink2:

Prices are with anywhere USA shipping, and payment with Paypal please!

BTW, sorry for some of the pics. I'm trying to learn good photography with light boxes and DSLR. So they are a work in progress :001_smile

Here we go!

1: New Parker SR1 Shavette
Not really sure what I was thinking. I knew better, but I tried one anyway. I'm not a straight razor user! It's brand new, so new in fact I got it in the mail on Friday! Still has 4 of the Shark half blades with it. Brand new on Amazon, $17.88 + shipping.
My price: $18

2: Cased Ever Ready 1924
This razor is in very good shape! And so is the case. It's very shiny, and looks very nice. It has the reverse flip open door and a nice grippy handle. The case is brass I think. There is an ER emblem that came off of the inside of the lid, I'm sure a drop of super glue should fix that. Don't see these around here very often!
Price: $28

3: Gem jr. Military Razor Case and Blades
This is pretty neat. It's a brass 1912 head on a black painted metal handle. It comes in a black slide top plastic case, and a old pack of Gem Micromatic US Armed Forces blades. I'm gonna say it's user grade. The head is pretty shiny but a little bit worn. The handle is losing some paint, it has obvious fading. The case is in good shape, but it smells like old metal. And it is a bear to open! The blade box is a lil beat up but still intact.
Price: $12

**WITHDRAWN**
I got the metal ring out, with some serious effort, and my 22mm knot fit! Thanks guys for the advice!
4: Wood Brush Handle for Trade
I goofed. I thought this handle would fit my 22mm Super Badger knot. It doesn't. Probably fit a 20mm real nice! I'm hoping to trade with someone for a handle that will fit a 22mm knot, looking at about a 48-50mm loft. I think this is Dymondwood, and it's finished with polyurethane. It's a deep dark reddish brown in real life, with the swirling ring pattern of Dymondwood, rather subtle. I'm hoping for a wood handle, in a semi-similar style, that will accept my knot. Please PM me if you can help! Forgot to mention, this was originally a mis-knotted horsehair brush that I removed the knot from. All clean and ready to reknot!
If this doesn't trade, I will consider selling it.

If you pull that metal spacer it will fit 22mm knot I am somewhat sure.

Yes, definitely right! I thought about that too, problem is it's glued in there, and I don't think I can get it out!

Make a small hook and after warming the handle in say the oven for a little while at 250 take the handle out with a rag or mit and use your hook to pull the sleeve out. If there is no way to hook from the inside make one!

Interesting idea! Hmm... if this goes no where, which it appears to be doing, I think I'll try that.

That ferrule will come out, if you want it out. I've taken them out of handles like that one. I'll just take a small pocket size screwdriver and root around the ferrule very gently, very slowly, until I can get it in far enough to bend the ferrule towards the center of the hole. Then, I take pliers and grab it, twist and pull ever so gently until it comes out.

Or, you can just trade it for another handle that will work.
