Big Ben blue pack...not bad..not bad at all

i decided to try some of the blue packs since they are made in Sweden and i have tried any blade from there thinking maybe they will be close to the famed Gillette Swedes.

i gotta say so far its a nice little blade. i figured for a $1.00 if i didnt like them ill stick them aside then when/if i get more blades i dont care for ill pif them. looks like ill be keeping them.

has anyone tried both the blue and purple pack Big Bens? im wondering how the two stack up against each other.

FYI...I tried the Shark Chromes..doubt id buy any more of those..i havent tried any of the Lord branded blades yet.

I thought those things were made in Egypt? I know the ones I have say made in Egypt. Perhaps from Swedish stainless strip ie: Sandvik

I did like the big ben blades, I found them to be very similar to the shark super stainless which I like very much. I tried the lord super chrome and platinum but wasn't a fan, caused some irritation but have had some great luck with big ben and shark super stainless. If I probably tried the regular lord super stainless I would probably be a fan too. I think (not 100% sure) that the purple box has 10 blades but are the same as the blue which has 5 blades/pack.
