I had a 3/1 in finest and lost it during travels...I know stupid. Anyway I am thinking of getting this to replace it...i wonder if I will like it. I wish i could find it in a color besides ivory though...

Well nmerth, the closest you can get to your finest would be a quality 2-band ...TGN Finest, Simpson 2-band Super or one of the M&F 2-band offerings all come to mind. Mind you, the Finest till it's completely broken in still has considerably more scritch than any of the ones mentioned above.

The Emilion has a special blend of heritage hair, it's more of a 3-band super grade of hair and will be nothing like your old Finest. It's a great brush in it's own right though, I have one coming my way shortly, it just ain't a replacement for the Finest...
