B&B,
I'm looking for a cream with a good mix of citrus and wood scents. Think Pinaud Clubman.
I got some TOBS Shaving Shop with high hopes but it wasn't what I thought it would be. Don't get me wrong, I really like the scent and performance, but I had a different scent in mind.
Harris Arlington, citrus and fern. Yum. Marlborough is more woodsy, but it doesn't have citrus. Two of my very favorite scents. There's got to be a T&H scent that fits the bill, but I don't know all of them.

These are two fine examples! +1

Pinaud Clubman is a fougere scent which is based around a scent tree of lavender, oakmoss, and coumarin (vanilla). I don't really know that there's much citrus and woods going on there...
Unfortunately, there are very few fougere scented soaps and creams out there. Penhaligon's English Fern is a fougere. Harris Arlington has fougere-istic qualities but also throws in some citrus, so that's a good bet. If you are looking for a T&H cream with citrus and woods go with Trafalgar.

I don't know about the citrus part, but QCS Cedarwood- Lemongrass, smells and lathers so nicely, probably my Favorite QCS scent... unless he has something similar to TABAC.

To me;
Dr. Harris Alington = Lemon
T&H Trafalgar = Ginger
Have heard good reports about Fitjar Fjellheim but havent triend them myself, so cannot comment. http://www.executive-shaving.co.uk/search.php?search=Search+Product&supplier=Fitjar&imageField.x=8&imageField.y=9

TOBS Sandalwood. I suggest Tabac soap, if you like masculine scents. Tabac is as good as it gets in terms of performance.

TOBS Jermyn St. or Mr. Taylor may fit the bill. I would guess Jermyn St. as the winner.

I suggest going to shoeboxshaveshop.com and ordering the TOBS samples. They are only $2.80-$3 per sample. I have tried many brands of creams and TOBS is my fav. by far.

I recommend the sampler pack as well.
When I think of clubman, I don't really think of citrus and woodsy. I think mostly of baby powder which would match Shaving Shop.
TOBS Sandalwood is nice but my not be a citrusy as you are looking for. St James is not as woodsy with more citrus. Mr. Taylor is more old timey.
