I've been eyeing off one for a while now, but am worried that it may just bee too small.

A bit of background info:

My current brushes are:

1. Semogue 2010 LE select silvertip - I quite like this one.
2. Merkur Futur Silvertip - I find this to be very floppy and only really use it with creams.
3. Omega 40033 Mighty Midget Boar - its got a 23mm knot and 40mm knot - but I find that it is a bit too scritchy for my liking. I have had larger boars in the past and quite like them.

4. I also have a Vulfix 374 boar on the way, but can't make a judgement on it yet.

99% of the time I face lather shave sticks though I also use soaps from time to time.

So will the Wee Scott be worth getting, or should I look at another brush?

I have one and I keep it in my laptop bag. I was told it was very small and was still shocked when I got it.
If you like a small brush think smaller.

It works but it takes a little more effort.

I am highly impressed with it. It's comedically small, but very effective.

It is a great little brush- lathers efficiently and obviously dries quickly. It would be a good way to save some product.......

Should I get a wee scott?

If you like face lathering. Yes. I use it in my rotation and I don't even think of it as small anymore. It holds just comfortably enough lather for the additional two passes. It just makes all other brushes look too big.

You should definitely get a Wee Scot.

Everyone should have a Wee Scott... I'm not sure about the Samson though!

I like mine. I mainly use it in a tube for travel purposes. When on the road I use a soap stick and face lather, and it is perfect for that. You just soak the brush in a hotel tea cup, and off you go.

I bought mine off BST, and the original owner put two O rings around the handle for extra grip, and I think that is a nice idea.

Wee scot is a fine little brush! I vote yes!

My vote is yes also.

You have to find out what works for you.

Besides, have you ever seen one that has lasted more than like, 6 minutes on BST?

Flip it if it doesn't work for you.

I recently got to try a Wee Scot for a few shaves. I like brushes 20mm & under but was still unprepared for just how small the handle on a Wee Scot is. The knot had already been broken in and I liked it immediately. By the third shave I was getting used to the handle. I have a birthday coming up and a Wee Scot is at the top of my list. I say it's worth getting. It just may take a few shaves to break it in and get used to the handle.

Do it. The Wee Scot is probably the best brush you can get. Mine face lathered Tabac exclusively for a year while I took a break from the wide world of shaving products.

I love mine so much I sent it on the road to convince everyone else!

Get a Berkely or a Special or a Classic or a 46.

Silly question. Of course you should, everyone should experience the Mighty Wee One. Just be prepared to be surprised at how small it really is. Pictures, even next to any larger brush, don't do its teeneyness justice.

So to most people is it more of a novelty than a useable brush?

If it really is, I may just go with a case or berkely

Only kind of a novelty; actually useful. You can get it and if you don't like it, it will go in minutes on BST.

Atta boy! I forgot to mention the Case but that is another small useful Simpson brush.

I could easily live with the Berkeley as an only brush. I like that one a lot and it's the brush that showed me how great face lathering can be. I found the Wee Scot usable, but more as a change from my Berkeley and 56.
