What do you think about the current Ink Drop selection from Goulet Pens?

I'm not really a big fan of blues but I'm giving it a try. I currently have the Asa-gao in an Esterbrook (M) and I'm planning to load one of the darker blues in my Pelikan tomorrow. Too early for a real opinion on the Asa-gao but the color is nice.

I dropped my subscription, because I have a giant backlog of unused samples... I would have liked to try the all blue one though.

I haven't tried it yet because I'm more of a fan of black inks although I have blue/black and red/black inks. Maybe I'll get in on it to let my daughter try the inks.

I have only used one so far. I'm not a huge fan of blue either. My main problem is getting the ink into my pens. The obvious solution is to get a decent quality eye dropper so I can easily use the samples! :wink2:

I like them, but I am really debating stopping the subscription. I have about 20 samples that I havent even used yet. I wish i was in a job that allowed me to use any type of ink I wanted.

I found a 3cc syringe and 22ga needle works wonders for getting ink into my pens.

I don't usually try them all. Probably three out of five. There's always a couple I don't like at all. I have the wife helping one too.

Thanks for the suggestion. I picked up a syringe and needle used for refilling printer ink cartridges and I hope that will fix my problem.

I've been thinking about ending it, too. I was customer number 100 and don't want to lose my title. And, really, I don't miss ten bucks a month. Figure I'll at least finish out the year. How many blues or purples or browns or reds can you get, though? I end up mixing many of them when the quantity gets low.

I will.

I'll try the feed saturation method or I'll just use it to fill cartridges or converters.

I just joined up...I always use blue at work for me name, so I'm going to use any non-blue in my note taking pen, and hope I use them fast enough. Haha!

I thought it was neat but had a question. Is it possible to flush a highlighter pen? Once a highlighter ink hits a pen, does that mean that pen is dedicated to that ink? That Blue Ink is rather interesting.

I have this question too! Plus how well do these kinds of highlighters work?

Looks like the pens and replacement tips are only a few dollars. I'd guess the tips get mashed or worn down after use so they're replaceable.

Excellent, I have been curious about highlighter pens for a while now. One more type of pen to add to the list I guess.
