I had a great experience tonight! My son is home from boarding school (17 next month) and his friend (17 now) were at my house tonight. They both needed a shave before their night-time shenanigans. I took them both to the bathroom, and instructed one, then the other, in DE shaving! I had them lather up with some AoS cream. They both did a great job with face lathering. I lent them my '58 Fatboy set on 3 (birthday razor), loaded with a Derby. Both did two north/south passes, with only one small weeper suffered by my son's friend...no biggie. Hot, then cold rinse...followed by a nice atomizer of Thayer's Cucumber Witch Hazel. They finished off with Ogallala Double Strength/Special Reserve Bay Rum. After they both finished screaming from the burn :biggrin1: , they both really enjoyed the experience. My son's razor is already in the mail (an EJ) and his friend is asking about where to get stuff, and prices. I explained how much money he will save once he gets going :lol: and I think we have two more converts guys! Just thought I would share. :thumbup:

Plus, if they are anything like I was at 17, I would somehow work that into my conversation with the ladies.....using retro shaving gear, doing the best for my face, smelling better than the next guy, "saving" money on cart. razors.... etc etc.... Hey, you gotta use all your tricks on them. Its a jungle out there!!!
