It appears that you have a regular bull mastiff handle not the deluxe. The razor is still great, I have one of Bob's bull mastiff razors and it's a great razor.

The Deluxe has grooves running down the handle.

The Deluxe has grooves running down the handle.I just checked mine ... it has the vertical grooves, along with the diagonal, cross-hatched knurling, AND the magnet. So I guess it is a Deluxe.
Thanks for the clarification.

Do Bob's handles fit Merkur 3 piece razor heads? I have a 41 (1904/06 open comb) and would be interested if it fits that head.

I have no clue...perhaps someone will chime in with the answer.

If you did not specifically ask for metric threads it may not accept Edwin Jagger, Muhle, or other European razor parts.
It 'may' fit, but it would be snug and a little dangerous to tighten with a sharp blade.
Bob's work is outstanding! He does have the metric tap, and will do so on request. That makes most every piece you may have interchangeable.
I own one with standard threads and one with metric I requested.
I can force a metric head onto the standard handle, but I haven't seated one all the way for fear of damaging the threads in the handle and on the piece I tried to attach.
Good luck with your sale. Awesome razor at a reasonable delivered price.

In addition, if you have a Metric M5 tap, you can easily tap out the standard threads to accept the metric heads, and it will still accept the old heads as well.
Straight from the horse's mouth:
It's only about .010-020 difference between the M5 and the #10-32.
It can only be a problem with some Old Types which seem to have under sized threads.

I have ordered from Bob a fluted handle for my MERKUR 25C OC. He did ask to remind him when I ordered it, to have him do a metric thread for that razor. So, I am guessing it would be the same scenario.........and BTW, GREAT looking razor & great price. If I wasn't strapped for cash right now, I'd have pulled the trigger on this yesterday! Good luck with the sale.:thumbup1:
