View Full Version : Sometimes change is a bit hard to accept

I see now that the changes to B&B seem to be fully implemented, and now that I've used it for a bit things seem quite normal. I was one who wasn't very happy about the format of B&B being changed, as I had become quite used to the "old" format. Change to me just didn't seem to be the way to go, especially since I'm not all that good with the computer. I read the various posts from some of the moderators all saying that things would be even better, and not to worry. :scared:

Well I now see that they were of course right. Things are just fine now that I've clicked my way around a bit. I guess it takes a bit of getting used to something new when you think that the old way was so much better. :confused1

Nice work on the new format, but don't be in a hurry to change it again. :001_tt2:

+1.
It's working a lot better now. I posted a few days ago about how long it took to load pages, etc., but those problems seem to have been ironed out.

Seems to be working fine to me as well.

The performance is very noticeable from one day to the next. Nice job on tweaking whatever needed to be tweaked. :thumbup1:

Yes, great job in ironing out the problems and getting it to run smooth!

I'm kind of stoked waiting for some of the new features to come to light. Have to allow some time to stabilize the patient first... or walk before running... and get all the old features working up to par before moving ahead.

I like the new format also. It took a little time to get the hang of it, but it's smooth sailing.

Change is as good as a rest.

In the Reviews, is there a way to get larger pictures of the razors? Maybe it's my browser but I can't seem to enlarge the picture.

Thanks,
Bob

The only thing I don't like is that you can't look for reviews by clicking on letters. Everything else is nice.

Can you get larger pictures?

But you're right, the letter look up was nice.

I wish I liked it...BUT I don't like the change too much....well, to each his own I suppose...I'm sure I'll adapt!

I'm just wishing my other forums I frequent would upgrade. I spend pretty equal amounts of time on each, and it's a bit jarring to go from the older style like what used to be here to the newer style after being on those other forums.

I kinda like it now....I was a negative nelly at first too.:sod:

Thanx for all the hard work that went into this!:clap::clap:

+1. That was a really convenient feature when you're looking for a specific product. It's also a shame that all of the old review scores don't seem to count towards the average any longer, only the post-revamp reviews. Otherwise I really like it, especially the news feed on the home page.
