I picked up this silver-plated British open-comb razor a few days ago. Inside the case is I presume the name of the manufacturer Majestic Regd and the phrases British Made, World Protected. There are also two chrome-plated (?) blade boxes. The only markings on the razor are the British Made stamps.

The razor cleaned up really nicely using the bicarbonate of soda, aluminium foil trick. Before and after pics are below.

It's very reminiscent of a single ring razor to me. Does anybody know anything about this razor or manufacturer?

I've never heard of that manufacturer, but that's a very nice looking set.
