Question about Personna DE Blades

I just looked at the review of Personna DE Blades (http://badgerandblade.com/vb/showthread.php?t=1990) and noticed that they look very similar to (read: the same as) exact brand DE blades sold by Loblaws (*.*Canadian Superstore, et cetera) in Canada. Does anybody know if this is the case? Are they the same blades? On the packaging of the exact blades I noticed U.S. Patent No. 3,774,805, which I beleive (based on a quick google search), is related to the dispenser, though I could be wrong.

I'd be curious as well as they also look exactly the same as Brooks Pharmacy own brand I can get here in VT.
