It sounds like an issue with you getting logged out before you have a chance to hit Submit. If you had to guess, would you say it takes you over 15 minutes to complete the form? That's the timeout limit for the log in cookie. If you check the "Remember Me" box when logging in, it should keep you from getting logged out due to inactivity (which, based only on your post is what I'd guess is occurring).

That is exactly what happened to me. Fortunately I could go back to the page and copy the text so that I did not have to start all over again. I use Firefox and after failing to submit a few times I tried it with IE and that worked perfectly. Don't ask me why, but that's how I got it to work. I have not had any other problems with the site yet, so it appears that it only happens with the hall of fame form. Maybe a bug somewhere?
