FS: Tiffany 18k travel kit

I was going to put this up on ebay which is probably a better venue for an item like this Tiffany/Shaving/Gold shaving kit but decided to first put it up on the forums and give it a few days.

This is a custom made Tiffany travel shaving kit in 18k gold. It is hallmarked as such. The kit consists of the 18k case weighing 50 grams, the telescoping razor handle that weighs 10 grams and tested for gold, the gillette head, Wilkinson blades and a soft carrying pouch. There are two engraved initials (C.W.). It measures 2" x 1-3/4" x 1/2". Apart from a small ding the condition is excellent. Gold value alone is $900+.

$1100 including insured US postage and paypal fees. International postage will be calculated as needed.

It's a fine looking Gillette specialty Steve. If you don't sell it here someone will pick it up on Ebay but I wouldn't list it without a reserve.

It came with a group of items that I bought on ebay. It wasn't even the item that I had interest in. I sometimes do collect unusual shaving articles that seldom, if ever, get used. They're just purty to look at.:001_smile
