Professional Mixture. It's on the lower side of Medium in strength, and is basically a Virginia spiced up a little with Orientals and a tad of Latakia.

It is a shame Sue is discontinuing the Oakmoss. It is a very appealing scent.

Received Tues. from www.theenglishshavingcompany.com :

Trumper Coconut SS Refill
Trumper Violet SS Refill
Edwin Jagger Imitation Tortoiseshell Super Badger Shaving Brush in Medium

I now have 4 out of 6 Trumper soaps (just Almond and Sandalwood left). I'm not sure if or when I'll get to the last two. The scents just don't stand out to me like the rest. The Trumper soaps I do have are excellent.

The brush is similar in size to my Vulfix 2234. The loft is a bit higher and a tad more dense. The brush is not as floppy as the Vulfix and is a great deal for less than $50.

How are you using those Royall's-- as AS or cologne? I'm really interested in them, but just don't know what the heck they are. How long are they lasting on you.

And why don't you do a review-- we don't have any here.

Just returned from vacation yesterday and the Ayars bowl from Sara was sitting in the mail. I took some pics with the Moss Scuttle to give some perspective and I will stack them in the bathroom to save counter space. Btw, sunset at Macky's Restaurant in Ocean City MD. The crab cake wasn't bad either.

Glad you like it Jay! I go forth and convert the masses to the beauties of the SE razor!

Post more detailed photos of the gold razor in the safety razors forum and perhaps if we put our collective noggins together we can help you decide what it is!

That is one fine Big Fellow! Why do I feel odd saying that? I guess I've opened myself up to a salvo from Jay (ouch) if he sees this!

(Whisper to self) Let it pass....Let it pass.

It's just too easy a target!

I have a mismatched set as well. The Executive in the early 50's, I believe to have machining all the way down the handle. Where as the Aristocrat has a section, or sometimes two that is smooth. The section above the twist knob, and sometimes the last little section before the neck. The Executive I have is near mint, it has a little bit darker gold than other gold Aristocrats I've seen. Maybe the laquer is weathered on mine.

Based on this statement I believe it is an Executive. It has no smooth sections anywhere on the handle.
