I posted a question in the Schick Type E thread but got no response. Sad to see that thread not getting much attention. On to the issue.
I have a Type C that that will not hold a blade tight. I've shaved with it but with extremely close attention as the blade can be removed by a swipe of the finger WTE(with the edge). Is there a reliable way to fix it and are twin edge blades thicker?
I appreciate suggestions from the injector experienced or mechanical or physics gurus. I hate to discard a small piece of shaving history if it can be salvaged. Otherwise I have to find another one just for the head I suppose.
