I have some Gillettes which may have been made outside of the US (with the writing Marcas Regs). Does anyone know a good source for dating these razors?

They look like the razor on the left here:

Can't help you get terribly specific, but I believe the cap style you've got there with the stamped sans-serif "Gillette" and the facets on the ends would put them somewhere in the late '60s through the '70s.

Those are aluminum-handled Techs, possibly made in Argentina. If they have the ball-ended handles in your pictures, they're mostly likely from the late 70s.
There should be a letter/number date code on the underside of the guard plate.

Yes, there is a code, S-1, I was just wondering if this corresponds to the US date codes, or if they mean something different.

Yes, as far as I know the Date Codes on these should be the same as on USA made Gillette's.

The codes correspond on any Gillette product where they're found. So, yours is from 1972... earlier than I thought it would be!
