CRAAAAP. First SG Universe and now Outsourced. I am running out of shows to watch, dang it! Guess I'll be spending more time on B&B

I saw this one coming. It wasn't great, but I liked it ok.

I actually said "yeah!" out loud when I read the post title! That show was never on par with the other Thursday night shows. Ron Swanson is the MAN!

It wasn't that great a show, but at least it did a fair job of trying to give people a view of another culture, even if the setting was another dumb workplace comedy.

The one I really wish was cancelled was "Community." That show jumped the shark on the first episode.

I saw the movie (is the show based on the movie?) and it was just OK.
I'm guessing the TV show was better?
Not that it matters now.....

Knew it the first time I saw it. Actually, this is old news to those in the know, it's been dead but still walking for some time now.

Am I the only one that thoroughly enjoyed this show? Charlie was hilarious in the one where he slept with Tonya's mom. Funniest line in that episode

Todd: "What the hell are you doing with Tonya's mom?! I said put in a good word for me!"

Charle: "Well, I put in something better!"

Glad it's gone. Tried to watch it a few times, and it seemed like the only way they tried to make a joke was, "Look! Americans and Indians are different!"

Beyond glad that Community and Parks and Rec are coming back.

I actually considered listing Ron Swanson as a signifigant male figure in my life for the Benton Clay's father's Day contest. And the image of him dancing in the tiny hat from last week's episode make me smile.

Parks and Rec. is as funny as The Office USED to be. Unfortunately, the addition of Rob Lowe and his worthless, no-talent self has caused a downward movement in the funny department. I'm hoping Rob gets flushed before Parks and Rec. jumps the shark. If it hasn't already. I have nothing personally against Rob-I just don't want him mucking up one of my favorite shows more than he already has. Let him go back to Brothers and Sisters with Sally Field. I hate that show so IMHO it and Rob are a perfect fit together..

This sucks! I loved "Outsourced"! That and "Community". This news has made me very sad, I just want you to know that.

Now if only they'd kill off that god awful "Sanctuary". I love Amanda Tapping as much as any SG fan, but puh-lease!

Good. How anyone thought that a program centered around outsourcing of American jobs would be worth watching to America is beyond me.

The show had the same amount of funny as the movie and used the exact same plot. The difference is that the show draaaaaagggggggggeeeeeddddd and spread it out over many episodes. :thumbdown

thats a shame. It really did have a talented cast that given a bit of time, I think really could have been something good. Outsourced really was in the same boat as Parks and Rec, lots of promise but initially fell very flat. But Parks and Rec this season really has been spectacular.

Community unfortunately really started to patter out this year. Sigh, the candle that burned too brightly.

NBC is so out of touch it's literally unbelievable. They're getting the snot beat out of them in the ratings, yet they can't seem to figure things out. The most bizarre move was canning Law and Order.

I don't even watch television, but it's just nuts to me.

I never made it a point to tune it to Outsourced, but on the occasions when I ran across it, I pretty much enjoyed it. There's a lot worse on the air.

That's too bad. I liked it. But not enough to miss it too much. I still love Community and the Office and Parks and Recreation. I think Rob Lowe is hilarious is P&R. I'm not really picky, so I don't worry about any shark jumping.

I took it off TIVO automatic record a long time ago. So blame me!:001_smile

I only watch a few shows. P&R, Office, among them. And Outsourced did not make that fast company to me! Sorry. There sure is worse on TV!
