Just had to show off. I've finally colleted all of the mugs I was after. The only one I might still be interested in is another Seaforth mug in stonewear. Or an Engineer (not train) occupational mug.

Back Row: Avon Iron Horse, OS Morning Refresher, Barbershop Old Fashioned Luxury
4th Row:OS Early Glass Mug 02, OS Early Glass Mug 05
3rd Row:OS Late Glass Mug 03, OS Late Glass Mug 04, OS Late Glass Mug 02
2nd Row: Seaforth, OS Late Glass Mug 02
Front: Avon Gentlemen's Regiment

All of the OS mugs (excluding the Morning Refresher) hold soaps. One has vintage OS soap. Missing from the lineup are a plain white Soup mug and a plain brown stonewear bowl that I use for lathering, and a Col Conk Scuttle that I recently acquired.

Those look pretty nice, especially the cobalt blue. I'm not too interested in those colors (unless I found them cheap in the wild). Right now I'm happy with my mostly complete Barbershop Set (http://badgerandblade.com/vb/showthread.php?t=203890).

I'd love to see a picture of this, or is this the same as the white one? I have the blue myself.

I got 4 decades of Old Spice mugs and got the 5th the 1985 Colbalt Blue one in the Mail. I am planning on getting an Avon Regimental one when payday comes around again.

I use all the old spice mugs. The other I got just to collect them. They will look good on a shelf some day.

I have the Old Spice "Discovery," " Grand Turk," "Friendship," and the 1984(?) "Cobalt Blue" shaving mugs. I also use them all. The Cobalt Blue would be a great addition to your fine collection.

Have you collected any of the decanters, steins, or vintage bottles?

Very nice looking collection!

That tall Old Spice in the back, is that for shaving? It looks a little big for that, like it might be a coffee mug or beer stein.

How many different ships are in the Old Spice fleet? I see "Grand Turk" but aren't there a few others?

The tall on is a drinking mug.

No Steins, but I have many vintage Avon Bottles, a couple Old Spice bottles and other assorted glass bottles.

See Here! (http://badgerandblade.com/vb/showthread.php?t=203889)

The large old spice mug is the "Morning Refresher Coffee Mug" and was made 1984-1985.

Other ships: Grand Turk, Recovery, Friendship. Not sure about others. Some boxes featured different ships. I have a box that has Ship Mt. Vernon on it I believe.

Nice! You need to get an OS pottery mug in that collection. :thumbup1:

Here is one of my scuttles. I don't use it though, I'm not convinced it's that useful and deathfully afraid of it hitting the floor.

I'd like a pottery mug very much!

Yeah, those old style scuttles aren't very practical now. They served their purpose back when hot running water was not easy to come by. I honestly had no drive to get one, but I saw the Col Conk one at an antique store for $5 and it came with a Made Rite brush. The logo on it and the cracked top coat give it a nice vintage look. I'm sure I'll never use it, but it looks good on my shelf.

The tall one is a coffee mug from the "Morning Refresher" gift set. Working on a coffee set of six. Currently have four. They are great mugs for that first cup of coffee or tea in the morning and great conversation pieces for coffee with friends.

Working on a coffee set of six.

That's not a bad idea. I have two, I use one at work, and one is a catch all under my den sink. There's another locally that I was planning on picking up and PIFing, but I may reconsider that.

I just got my '85 cobalt. It is a beauty. The diameter is larger than the other mugs....but still sweet. I am looking for an OS Shave Brush holder.
