So far, I've only tried Cool and Max Comfort Cologne/AS.
I find Max Comfort to most pleasant of the two.

I've only tried the shave sticks so I won't vote in this poll. But I am interested to see the results. Also, where do you guys usually buy your Arko?

For those interested in ordering, shaveabuck.com usually has good deals as does tulumba.com.
Just be aware that the "Arko Classic Oily Cream" is not a shaving cream, but a general purpose moisturizing cream.
From Evyap's (http://www.evyap.com.tr/en/urunler/cilt/cilt_arko_01.asp) website, maker of Arko :
Arko Classic Oily Cream, which is ideal especially for hands, is a perfect cream for drying and gaping knees, elbows and heels.

Should this be in the shaving cream forum?

Not necessarily. Arko makes several types of aftershave/cologne. I voted for the Adventure scent. :001_smile Not a big fav but if the Veg and Florida Water get a mention, why not Arko?

Since Extra Sensitive is labeled Fragrance Free, though I detect a slight Lavender, I prefer Maximum Comfort the most

Like many cosmetic/personal hygiene product makers, Arko stretchs a little bit the definition of "fragrance free". It doesn't mean their product is odourless and without any aromatic substance. They simply avoided fragrances frequently reported as allergens (see the list on page 4 in this document (http://docs.google.com/viewer?a=v&q=cache:vDaY7NE8bHgJ:ec.europa.eu/health/ph_risk/committees/sccp/documents/out98_en.pdf+list+of+common+allergens+in+cosmetics&hl=fr&gl=ca&pid=bl&srcid=ADGEESiSug-R36LHfb4bcQ5R_pWFfYHGwDlX9p3SmmM239t0jOp5UBS5_FbkB 1EKekbcXOiP6bjgHrc8bmS2IeDZn4SA6wIZ2qlvMOphjSGPwF7 19LcjkD4oVXK3RGAWrdodQcgCUzF3&sig=AHIEtbRU-64lb5L18M6jebCb0ncQ3MZJUw))
The same goes with "natural" ingredients (any ingredient "derived from" a natural substance instead of existing in, or formed by nature; not artificial) and "organic" ingredients (any compound containing carbon instead of grown, cultivated and stored without the use of chemicals, herbicides, pesticides, fumigants or other toxins)
Many marketers fall back on the organic chemistry definition of organic, which is “any compound containing carbon.” But carbon is found in anything that’s ever lived. So by using this definition of organic, manufacturers can (and do) say that the petrochemical preservative, methyl-paraben, is "organic" because it was formed by leaves that rotted over thousands of years to become the crude oil used to make this preservative.

Arko max comfort is a great performing cream. The smell is really good too. If someone did not telly you that it is Arko, you would probably think it is a more expensive cream.
Hmmm that reminds me, I have not used the max comfort for a while, may be tomorrow. :thumbup1:

I've only tried 2, aqua and cool. I like cool, the aftershave cream in a tube is very nice and the scent lingers only for a little while. I have enjoyed every Arko product I've tried and the soap is becoming my standard.

The stick soap has a strong citronella scent and lacks sophistication. The creams smell good, but they lack the slickness and moisturizing qualities of the soap.
The Cool cream has citronellol listed in its ingredients, the main aromatic molecule responsible for citronella's odour. So, I added a little bit of it on my brush while making some lather with the soap. The blend was a lush lather with an harmonious blend of fragrances.
I don't understand why Arko doesn't see they could make a fortune with a better smelling stick.
