Ah just getting into it. Still using my cartridge razor, but last weekend I picked up some AOS sandalwood cream and I was hooked.
This weekend I purchased a Simposon's best badger from a B&B member and it can't get here soon enough.
Eventually I'm going to be on the lookout for a 6/8 1/4 hollow round point, but for the time being I want to take a few weeks and get used to my brush. Only change one thing at a time, like the wiki says....
What are your hobbies and favorite activities?
Oh do I love hobbies. I've lived in an apartment since finishing my undergraduate degree and my wife has slowly come to realize she can't slow me down. There's a reason I want a house in suburbia, and it's mostly (1) Yard for a dog and (2) Project space.
I build my own furniture, make 5 gallons of beer a month (give or take), perform my own auto repairs and generally have dabbled in anything crafty in between. I've cut back on many of my more space intensive hobbies lately since I live in a 3 story walk up (tough to get lumber and such up here). I guess my new(est) hobby is shaving, but my wife might go crazy when she sees how easy it is to collect creams, brushes and razors so we'll just leave it classified under necessary hygiene at the moment.
Other than that I enjoy BBC Top Gear, Videogames, and foreign films.
