I believe it it is more of the first scenario. Hang-out, drink beer, etc.

I'd be more interested if I could bring under-appreciated bits of kit and trade with folks. I have one soap that I'm not so keen on, and more blades than I know what to do with. I was considering PIF'ing what I don't loose in hotels during this run of travel, but this is an option.

Sure. Happy to get together. We should do another DC meet-up anyway, but we do not have to wait for that. We will have to figure out time and place, etc. Maybe Bill Ruhling at least will be willing to come with and anyone else around who would like to!
