Hello gents. When my soaps get down near the end, I seem to have trouble getting a decent lather out of them. This has happened to me with both Crabtree and Edwin Jagger soaps. The pucks would still be intact, moist, and have a little heft/weight left to them but it's almost as though their lather-building properties have been all used up. Any one else come across similar problems? Any advice?

Press the remainder on top of your next puck. No waste.
