Red Saturday

So, I finally decided to try my Red Tip today. I got it on Monday and cleaned it up but I wanted to wait for the weekend to try it, in case things didn't go so well.

I decided to go all red today so I also decided to try a new Red Israeli Personna, Mama Bear's Dragon's Blood (sorta red :001_tongu) and I even used a red towel for my face prep.

The result was one of my best shaves ever! I took it slow since the Red tip is supposed to be for heavier beards and it went fine. I really like the heft and feel of this razor and will start rotating it with my EJ DE89.

The red tip is my favorite Super Speed. I like a razor that's a bit more aggressive. Congrats on discovering the red tip SS.
