Do you PIF? Then Benton Clay has two samples of Vetiver Paradisi Shaving Soap to send your way - one for yourself and one to include in your next PIF! To qualify, simply respond in this thread, linking to a post where you have PIF'd something. The first 5 eligible posts will receive the samples. (Canada/US only).

I have also PIF'd items through PMs that people asked about.

I have a PIF coming up where I am going to be giving away a newbie kit with a tech, HJM boar brush, a few pucks of soap and some blades. The brush is new, and I am breaking it in to get the tips split some so whatever newbie gets it can start working on getting good lathers right away.

I have heard great things about your products and have been wanting to try them.

Thanks for the offer!

I did. My apologies for not responding- I've been out of town since Monday, and I didn't have Internet access. Great little shaver, the Lord!

Thanks!

As far as a shaving bowl goes, you can find lots of classy, different bowls/mugs in various stores (department, thrift, etc).
Thanks, btw what is a lazy door?

edit out B&Ber's address.

i didn't even think of trying a thrift store. Thats great advice.

Thanks again,

I placed an order at Benton Clay the same day I was notified that I was awarded these samples of V.Paradisi.

And, I received it all yesterday, included in the box was the following:
-2 samples of V.Paradisi (one labeled "PIF me!")
-1 whole puck of V. Paradisi
-1 whole puck of Lavender
-1 Shakespeare Pen (w/ 12 pack special reserve "American Blue" ink)
-1 pair of Silver "Pause Button" cufflinks
-1 sample of "Housecoat and Slippers" Soap (a Cherry Tobacco scent)
-1 Benton Clay Travel Stick of Lime Bergamot Soap (mini oval shaped deoderant stick, twist up)

My thoughts:
- Soap scents are good, as they were the last time I had them.
- I will give a better review of the "Housecoat and Slippers" after my cold goes away and I have full smelling faculties restored
- The travel stick is tiny and will still last several shaves, very nice travel size.
- The pen writes very well. Starts immediately, good feedback, not to dry, not to wet, and the quality of ink is very good. Very sharp looking as well.
- The cufflinks are classy. nice finish, and they look good in a shirt (came in a tiny velvet bag)

Thanks, Dave!

I also received a sample of this. I think, when you can experience it fully, you'll agree that it's an awesome scent! :thumbup1:

Hey folks, this went quite well last time so Benton Clay is resurrecting this thread to give away another 5 pairs of soaps. Same PIF, same rules, selections to be drawn randomly from all eligible posts received between now and the end of April.
