I made it though SBAD, RAD and I thought I was past the SSAD which was my worse of the ADs. I found so many soaps I like, and yes, I still have a few on my wish list to try, but I though I was in good shape. They were set aside on my wish list for the wife and kids to have when they needed an idea and most of them left are simple different scents from an already tested quality soap maker. I settled on some Artisan soaps from here in the US from Mama Bears, Saint Charles Shave and the Gentlemans Quarter and I have some from across the pond such as MWF, D.R. Harris, and Tabac. I absolutely loved the Gentlemen's Best line but they're gone now. Then I stumble upon Prairie Creations and think oh, I'll have to try one and next I look at the selection of scents to choose from and the "I've got to try that...and that...and that...!" all comes back! Well S*!t.

Now what.

Martin de Candre is what's keeping my SSAD alive. It'll die once I own some.

I think.

One is never "over" an AD, they simply go into remission until they rear their ugly heads with a force not previously known. It could be weeks or months, even years. But an AD will strike without warning. I had one brush for nearly three years and in the course of two weeks I now have 6.

Brushes must be genetically related to rabbits, whether they are badger, boar, horse, or even synthetic. They seem to multiply in the den for some reason! :001_rolle
