I really like this little orange and black handle (http://badgerandblade.com/vb/showpost.php?p=2822924&postcount=45). I had one in the past that I gave to a friend. I had no idea what brand it was due to the writing being worn off. When I stumbled across one on the bay for a few bucks, I had to have it again. I put a 22mm Vulfix Boar knot in it. It is set around 53mm. I've only used it once, but it did a nice job.
What do you think?

I think it looks great! Beautiful in fact.
I have a couple brushes that I think would look better in boar, it sounds like you are happy with the knot. I would like to hear your thoughs, after a few more shaves.
Nice work. A very good looking brush.

Thanks for the replies.
Trenton - When I get some more time in with the knot, I will post my impressions. I've now used it twice and some of the tips are beginning to split. I don't notice any odor at all. My initial impression is that it has a decent density, a medium amount of backbone and whips up soap nicely. It reminds me of my Omega Wooden handle boar with a slightly smaller knot.
Where did you get the Vulfix boar knot Dale ?

TGN has them, but are discontinued.
