I have been able to perfect my technique when using my Dovo Shavette on my chin and neck. But my mustache area is a pain in the :censored: Can anyone tell me there technique for shaving their mustache area.

Do the coup de maître. The trick is to smoothly rotate the blade as you move down, so the blade angle goes from too steep (can't be avoided at the start) to just right. Basically the spine slides along the bottom of the nose as the blade slides down the lip. And need I say it: No Pressure!

I think the best advice for this area is to experiment and find your own best way to shave here. For me I find that doing a WTG pass followed by a XTG pass works the best. I'll take and put my tongue up into the upper lip to raise the shave surface, and this works very well. Keep in mind that this is what works for me, and you'll have to find your own best.
Take a look at Mantic's video's on advanced shave techniques for some other hints, and in all cases be sure to use no pressure at all in this hard to shave area. Good luck. :wink2: :w00t:
