Few months ago I bought this set.
Shoubudani performs really well as a finishing stone in combination with Tomonagura stone (I forget which kind of stone is Tomonagura stone). In combination with naguras Shoubudani also performs really nice especially if you need to hone out razor that become dull after number of uses.
Shoubudani was used before I bought it and have crack on one side as you can see in the photo and can be used only from one side because other side is not flat at all. Also, 4 sides of the stone are lacquered like many other Japanese naturals. Nagura stones was never used before and I used them few times (5-6 times)
The whole set was payed 28,000 JPY (about 250 EUR or 330 USD).
As I said this set performs nice but I used to use my Naniwas and Coticule so I want to trade this whole set for a straigt razor/s in the price range up to 200 EUR or 270 USD.
Total weight (Shoubudani+all naguras) is about 2500 gr. (few gr. less or more). Shoubudani dimensions are 20,5 cm x 7,5 cm (8 x 2,95 inch).

P.S. I wish I could sell these stones but I could not because I live in Croatia and I can not recive payment by Pay Pal outside Croatia. We can just make payment by Pay Pal but we can not recive payment. That's main reason for trading.

FINISHED

Thx B&B

Teo had asked if I can confirm our trade on these stones. I was going to trade a couple of razors but in the end have decided to sell my razors for cash instead. I already own a jnat (an Oozuku) Whig is very hard with fine grit which I got from Maxim. This set is superior to my set but alas I don't need two jnat. This will be fantastic for anyone considering a jnat. Teo may I suggest you post a few more photos of the nagura with your alias name in the photos. This is what most people do in the bst. Also one close up of the big one wet would be great.

Right at 8x3 makes that a big stone. Is it a hard stone?

It's very hard stone. I laped it almost one hour with 400-600 grit sandpaper.
