I'm very excited to introduce you to Carmen, the newest member of the WCS family. Many of you will get to know how super nice she is through through phone calls and email conversations as she will be helping us with customer support. Carmen will also be taking over the bookkeeping (you don't know how long I've wanted to type that) which means I will get more time to bring exciting new products to WCS and make the site better. An exciting day for all of us!

Unfortunately, Carmen and her family moved out of state and the end of 2011 and we had to say goodbye. She is a good friend and we will see her when we can, but she is no longer working for us. I should probably introduce Lili. :biggrin:
