Someone who hones In Ottawa Canada

Hello,

I have been looking around if there is a place that hones straight razor in Ottawa Canada. I found places that they say they can do it but I am not too sure if they have a lot of experience with straight razors. They usually hone knives for restaurants.

If there is anyone who knows someone, please let me know

I'm pretty sure you'll have to send it oout to be honed properly. Personal edge will send it for sharpening, they charge $30 and it will take about 3 weeks to get it back. I'm sure you could get a faster turnaround with one of the honemeisters that frequent this board.

I live in Montreal and used to send it to a local honemeister who has now retired from the business. So I mailed my razor to RasagePoulin.com, and expect it to come back soon.
