Are there any "bricks & mortar" establishments in the Toronto area that sell injector blades that'll fit a Shick razor? If I have to resort to the internet, what is the best site to purchase such blades from if I'm in Canada?

Not sure about there, but in the US about 80% of drug stores sell generic store brand injector blades, which are all made by Personna. They are pretty decent, actually.

As for internet sources of injector blades, you have Ted Pella:
http://www.tedpella.com/dissect_html/dissect.htm#anchor1590232
And Electron Microscopy Sciences:

I believe the injector blades that I buy on occasion at my local CVS are manufactured by American Safety Razor (and for all I know, the Pella and EMS blades also originate from ASR).

I,too, have been looking in T.O. Try the drug store at Gerrard-Coxwell called A & L, south side. Otherwise, it will have to be the inet....be sure to get the German-made ones with superior coating.
They sell German made Injector blades at the pharmacy at 849 bloor st west and also at Honest Ed's (not in the glass case with the M3 blades, they're hanging on a rack against the opposite wall)

Hmm, I don't do immunohistochemistry and I'm not sectioning lab specimens. I just want to shave with my father's old Schick Injector. Are these really the right blades?
