I'd prefer to keep it to people that are currently sans brush, but if you feel you absolutely need it I could make an exception.

I do expect the "winner" to abide by the laws of the PIF and pay it forward by either giving the brush away once you've got another, or by PIFing something else if you decide to keep it.
